Flex-6400M filters
My radio has the F3 filter always on. It cannot be turned off by pushing the button. Is this normal? The other two filers work normally.

Hi Rob, Not sure what you are asking… Are you talking about the F1, F2 and F3 buttons on the front panel?
This is from section 33 of the Maestro User Guide. This is the screen that you would use to see what the buttons are set to, and to change them if you want.

Are you saying that you cannot turn off the function you have assigned to the F3, programmable button? Is so, go into the settings under MENU on the front panel and check to see what you have assigned to the button. You can set a short press and a long press function to each button. F3 ( short press) is also F6 ( long press) . If you have both short and long press set to take same function, nothing will change.
