SmartSDR forgets log in

I'm a new Flex user and recently purchased a used 6300. I'm running it at a remote site and have it connected to SmartLink. I have the correct ports open on the remote site firewall.

I have connected to the 6300 from home and it works great but I do have 1 issue that I can't resolve.

I have a problem on my PC where I open SmartSDR and it has logged me out of SmartLink. I have to sign in again (to SmartSDR, CAT and DAX) which sometimes works and loads my radio, and sometimes does nothing and leaves the "log in" button.

I'm running the latest release on a fully updated Windows 11 machine with plenty of CPU grunt and RAM.

Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone suggest a fix?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
