Apple tablet with SDR Smart link

My Smart link works on my home WiFi but can not link to my Apple tablet.
I see SmartLink FLEX-6500 (UPnP) with the Green light on but will not link.
Does anyone know how to proceed?

Not exactly sure of your situation. Don’t need SmartLink to connect on your home WiFi.

Can you elaborate on your setup? Are the radio and iPad on same network

How is your network configured? Cable modem/fiber gateway? A separate router? More detail is needed to assist you.

Not clear if it has worked before or if you set it up now. Marcus, the software developer has a very well written manual. I suggest you look at the Smartlink setup section. On my 8th gen iPad (with LTE sim card) is working flawless at home or outdoors. I am managing a 6500 and a 6400 in different locations. 73

I am running a Flex 6500 iPad PRO Version 7.5.1
When I start up SDR on the iPad on my Home network I get Two Radio options.
    One
    SmartLink (inblue) Flex-6500 (UPnP)
    57.134.156.12

    Two
    Flex-6500 0/2 in use Risky
    192.168.40.104

This setup I want to use my Hotspot, Phone Telus 5G I get this,
    The same two SmartLink Flex-6500

I click on it and will not bring up the radio on the screen.

I had an iPhone 12 that worked well but won't work on the iPad.

I check to see if I am logged to SmartLink and it says Yes.

    What am I doing wrong?

i believe I had this issue once with the iPad. if it show that you are logged on the Smartlink and still not connecting I would log it off and set it up once again on the iPad. I would but just do it over the 5G so with wireless off if you are home. This way you would know if it works. Yes, I can connect to Home network no problem .

Then it sounds like your cell provider is blocking VITA49 traffic. Here in U.S. T-Mobile is doing it.
