Maestro-3 adapter for FHM-2

I made this FHM-2 adapter for my Maestro-3. It works fine in the shack using the 6600 connected to a power speaker. I don't need the Maestro-3 speaker unless I use the it remote. My adapter cuts off the speaker and, there's no connection to T&R1 on the TRRS plug . Is there a way to turn on the speaker when using a TRRS/CTIA plug? BTW, the red plug is PTT.

My bad! In the menu/audio setting I forgot to [Enable] the Front Speaker.

A drawing showing the RJ-45 connections. The RJ45 was purchased at Lowes and it's the type that snaps into a wall plate.
