Can't access TGXL,PGXL and AG utilities when using a hot spot

I have discovered that I can't access the PGXL,TGXL and AG utilities with my Windows PC when operating through a hotspot. However, I can run SDR for Windows on that same PC through the same hotspot.

All the utilities as well as SDR run fine when everything is on my LAN.

My Maestro works fine both through the hotspot and the LAN.

Port forwarding is turned on in my router.

What is different about the utilities and how can I correct it?

I would appreciate any ideas.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
