How long should a PGXL warranty repair last?

bought PGXL at WIMO.DE. PGXL was damaged and on March 12, 2024 I sent it to Wimo. 
To this day I have not received the repaired amplifier.
Such warranty service discourages the purchase of Flex devices.
I'm sorry to write this, but it's much too long for a warranty repair. 
Other companies resolve warranty issues much faster.
