No activity on panadapter and no audio

I am currently running a Flex 6400 remotely. Until yesterday everything was working fine, today I went to connect to my flex but the panadapter has no activity and no audio is coming in. I tried on my mac and the radio connects but the panadapter does not load, I get the raio controls and a blanc screen where the panadapter should be. I also tried it on smartsdr for windows, everything loads but there is no activity on the panadapter and no audio. Controls seem to be working, I can switch bands and activate the ATU. Any ideas what could be causing it? I am running Smartsdr 3.7.4. Smartlink shows no issues with network connection, ports are open. All was working fine until esterday. Thanks!

Maybe double-tap on the Maestro screen to create a Slice / flag A? Is it possible, for the moment, there are simply no slices to display or listen to?

Hello Gord, I do see the slices and can open and close them. I just don't see anything on them, no waterfall, modulation or audio. Ive tried remotely and local and nothing. I will try to do a factory reset to see if that helps.

It sounds like your network is not passing UDP packets. Did anything change recently with your network?

You may have to do a Radio Hard reset if nothing changed on your network or you can't find anything obvious with the settings on your radio.

Be sure to check your Antenna selection at the top of the slice.
