Using N1mm with Maestro and 6600

HI,

My Maestro-c arrived yesterday, and i have it working nicely with a 6600. Before the Maestro arrived I had N1MM logger working well with the 6600. Now that I have the Maestro connected there seems to be no connection between the maestro and N1MM. This is true whether SDR is running or not. I'm not concerned with remote operation at this time.

Any advice on how to set up N1MM for the Maestro-c?

Thanks, Tom

    Tom,

N1MM connects to the radio just as it did with without the Maestro. You just need to manually start SSDR CAT on the PC that is running N1MM. SSDR CAT talks directly to the radio if you running SSDR on the PC or you're running the Maestro.

I wish I knew what you were talking about (SSDR). I am ready to return this 6400 and Maestro because I can not get the sidetone of N1MM. Please be a little more specific for this not so teck guy. TNX

Richard, you may want to contact support for help so you don't get so frustrated with the Radio / Maestro / N1MM.

I do know that when running the Maestro with a PC you do have to run SmartSDR CAT and SmartSDR DAX manually on the PC and make sure you have the Maestro as the Station to use in the Station connection Box I have attached a screen grab.

IN SmartSDR DAX Click on the right side of the Station box and you should see the name of your Maestro and other control if there is one then select it.

Now do the same thing in SmartSDR CAT
