PGXL suddenly has no or hardly any output on the 20m to 10m bands

Has anyone ever had a similar problem?
My situation:
The PGXL (3.8.8) suddenly has no or hardly any output on the 20m to 10m bands, but works "normally" on 160m to 40m.
A downgrade to 3.8.4 did not show any change.
Neither did reboots.

10m 10W in / 0W out
12m 10W in / 0W out
15m 10W in / 10W out
17m 10W in / 32W out
20m 10W in / 52W out
30m 10W in / 134W out
40m 10W in / 223W out
60m 10W in / 275W out
80m 10W in / 512W out
160m 10W in / 630W out

Yes, I opened a ticket as well.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
