Unable to remove battery cover on Maestro C

I have had my Maestro C for two days and now it's time to try battery power. The user guide says to depress the latch and remove the battery cover. My latch is frozen in all axis. It will not depress, slide or move in any direction. I hope I have just missed something.

Has any Maestro C owner ran into this situation. I do not want to apply excessive force.

Hi Bob, you should submit a help desk ticket.

Yes, Len you’re right. I always reach out here before I open a ticket. Thanks for the reminder.

Sorry for the bandwidth. I was too literal in reading the User Guide. You must depress then push the latch towards the battery cover.

    All is well.
