Actual physical help, anyone? Limited internet access, and NO TRANSMIT!

Options

Hello People. Is there anyone out there who can help with a no transmit issue with a Flex 6400? When I got my radio I had full internet access, but due to a problem with internet access I now cannot go to the forums, as I am borrowing an internet connection which I only have for a limited time, as it is not my own. I did reach out to Flex to get some help but was told they will only help me if I pay them $199 an hour via their dedicated help site, which I cant do, as that is almost a weeks money for me.

I'm hoping someone will find my callsign on QRZ (M7VMD) and mail me (for which I will have to borrow the temporary connection again) and try to help me out as Flex don't seem to want to help..... Telling me to go to various websites when I don't have full uninterrupted internet access is a little bit unhelpful, and sort of suggests to me that Flex don't give a stuff about customer service and it's all about the money to them.

By the way I bought the Flex 6400 knowing full well it should be able to run without an internet connection, Only requiring it if you want to work remotely or do software updates, which I'm not fussed about, just so long as it works....

Thanks Flex for your help, and thank you to anyone even thinking of helping me out.

P.S. You've got no internet but had enough time to write this email, hmm yes, I did, well Thank GOD FOR CUT AND PASTE. I might be unlucky, but don't think I'm ****.
