Add Dxlog to list of applications for focus helper in SmartSDR.

Can DXlog be added to the list of loggers for Focus Helper?

If you use 'Other' this only works for a single slice, once you use more than one the focus doesn't switch back automatically.

Given how popular DXlog is for SO2R operators, this would be a useful addition.
