Flexradio SmartSDR and N3FJP Software issues with WSJT-X

For some reason when I have Slice A on 17 meter FT8 and Slice B on 40 meter CW, and I use N3FJP A/C Logger the frequency being read is from Slice B and not Slice A. I have Slice A designated as the TX Frequency. And, when I stop A/C Log and bring it up again, it changes my Slice B in SmartSDR to 17 Meter FT8 that is on Slice A. Before the frequency on A/C Log was reading Slice B and not Slice A. But when I stop the program and bring it up again, it then reads the Slice A Frequency, but then also changes my Slice B within SmartSDR. I have no idea why this is happening. I have N3FJP communicating to my Flex via Flex API. Does anyone know what is going on here? Or perhaps how to fix it. It seems this started when I upgraded to the most current version of SmartSDR.

OK, I give up...do I have to guess or can you tell us?

The active slice has a yellow line on it. Which in my case was Slice B. When I touched the A Slice knob it changed to yellow and N3FJP read the frequency and mode correctly.

Great, thanks! I'll keep that in mind as I also use ACLog.

Yes. AC Log follows the active alive (yellow) and not TX slice.
