Porting the FlexVSP COM driver to Win 11 ARM

I really… really… want to be able to use my Apple silicon (M3 Max) MacBook Pro for Winlink messaging with VARA HF or ARDOP. or for VARA FM or 1200 BPS packet via my 2M & 70cm transverters, on my Flex-6600 transceiver.

I regularly use SmartSDR for MacOS on this MacBook Pro, with the Flex-6600, for voice operation and digital modes that are supported by native MacOS software.

I also regularly use VMWare Fusion to host Windows 11 (Pro) ARM on this MacBook Pro, to run a number of WIndows-only CAD and engineeting apps.

In the VMWare Fusion / Windows 11 (Pro) ARM environment, I've been able use VARA HF, ARDOP or VARA FM with my Yaesu FT-991A transceiver… either using the built-in USB soundcard system on the FT-991A for VARA HF, ARDOP, VARA FM 'NARROW' or 1200 BPS packet, or using an external USB soundcard rig-interface device to run VARA FM 'WIDE'. These modes work in the VMWare Fusion / Windows 11 (Pro) ARM environment because the soundcard interface connects directly to the Windows OS.

SmartSDR for Windows also runs great in this VMWare Fusion / Windows 11 (Pro) ARM environment… for SSB voice on HF or FM voice on VHF / UHF bands. However, without an ARM-compatible DAX solution, there just isn't any way to use any Windows-only modem software… VARA HF, ARDOP or VARA FM or Packet.

FlexRadio… please address the issue of DAX not working in ARM environments.
