Font install wiped out every reboot

Options

Every time I reboot I have to reinstall the font to get SmartSDR to display properly. This is the latest patched Windows 11 Pro and the issue has been going on since I installed it. Doesn't happen on my other Windows 11 computer or the Windows 10 computer. Any idea on how to fix it so it's permanent?

James it sounds like the font is not installed properly into win 11 pro. It should be in your list of installed fonts... hit the windows button then hold down the Start alt opt button on your keyboard and then hit R... a little box will pop up and type fonts enter... a big window opens up and shows you all of your installed fonts. Mine shows NapoliSerial Xlight Regular on that page. Erika DD

Or you can also get to fonts by File Mangler This PC>OS(C)> Windows> Fonts...Same deal Neal.

It shows it as installed but as soon as I reboot it's gone from that list

I figured it out. The font was being installed only for my user and for some reason only for that session. I followed the instructions here and installed it for all users and now it stays between reboots. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/solution-installed-fonts-disappearing-after/146f4039-47c3-4017-a9b1-76f72badce39

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
