    TGXL PROBLEM

    Somrthing happened to the connection to the tuner. When I bring it up in windows the tuner was not connecting, it said it was but never did. I tried to take power off and try again still not connecting. thought it might need a reset so followed instructions for factory reset. Not good! I now have a blank screen with a blue dot when I hold the button down and it does not go away when I remove my finger after a very long time.
    Any help would be appreciated.

      The blue dot is a calibration point for the touch screen. Touch the dot to continue.

      Yes, touch the dot, it wil move, Touch it again, then a third time and the screen will come up.
