TGXL running FW 1.1.20 Not Always Functional

I leave the TGXL in standby mode when not is use. If it is in this state for several days, when I attempt to launch the TGXL Utility, the application window opens but is blank. It should say STANDBY. If I power cycle the TGXL then everything is good.
Sometimes when I launch the TGXL Utility, I get the STANDBY message. When I take the tuner our of standby. it will not tune, as Low RF and Interlock errors are thrown. If I power cycle the TGXL, everything is good again. I never had these issues prior to FW 1.1.20. Are these known issues? Thanks.

These are not known issues.
we would need more information such as your equipment configuration, (radio, amp, SO2R or 1x3 TG XL, AG?). Also how are devices and PC connected together all to the router? An Ethernet switch? PC WiFi or Ethernet?
Then there are questions on TG XL to radio. Is it a Flex 6000 radio? If a non-Flex then CAT/CI-V to tuner? PTT routing to tuner and amp order.
it sounds like a lot but the more info, the better we can assist in helping you solve your problem.
You can also open a Help Desk ticket but the support staff will need this same info.
