Just a quick note to thank Tim, Djamal, Cathy, and the shipping crew for their quick response, attention to detail, and excellent communications during the troubleshooting and repair of my Flex-6700 this year. Very much appreciated!

    Ditto , I had a very positive experience with the repair of my 6400. While the process of online support takes some heat here, it works if you give it a chance. Quick decision to return the radio, good communication through the process. Jose was very thorough. Every step of the way was efficient. Very much appreciated.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
