CAT and DAX not connection to radio

in SmartSDR for Windows

Running V3.5.9, CAT and DAX does not connect to radio, when it does, it disconnects......happens when listening....no changes to station configuration,,,,when it does stay connected and while streaming, for example DAX 1, the button is yellow and says "no slice", but shows data streaming.....and sometimes all looks good but no decodes in wsjtx........

I run frstack and I an see it connecting and disconnection. I did a complete uninstall and reinstall, same problem.
