    Flex-1500 Side Tone Volume Control

    Hello,

    Is there any way to adjust the volume of the Flex-1500 side tone when operating cw? The side tone volume on my 1500 is much higher than the volume of the received signals. I would like to reduce the side tone volume without reducing the received signal volume.

      The volume control does control the side tone level, but only while the side tone is active. You key the transmitter and then use the AF slider to adjust the side tone level.
