Start DAX and CAT behind SmartSDR or minimized?

I'm sure like many folks I have CAT and DAX configured to automatically connect to the last-used radio. When I start SmartSDR those two windows appear after and on top of SmartSDR. A quick click of SmartSDR's title bar brings it to the front, but I'm wondering if there is a way for me to either auto-start the CAT and DAX windows minimized or at least go behind SmartSDR. I very very rarely manipulate them.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
