Reinstalled SmartSDR now I get an error message

I uninstalled and reinstalled SmartSDR on my Win 10 computer and now I get an unhandeled error screen every time I try to connect to my radio. Has anyone seen this error? Any idea how to fix it?

Thx,
Ken

I suggest navigating to %appdata%/Roaming/FLexRadio Systems and renaming the SSDR.settings.backup to

SSDR.settings . If that does not work, delete the SSDR.settings file.

    Al,

I can't find a file named SSDR.settings.backup anywhere on the computer.

    Al,

I finally did find the file and tried your suggestions but it didn't work. Same error screen.
    Thanks for trying.

    Fixed!!!
I deleted the "user.config" file that was in the beginning of the error message and it's working now.
Thanks and you have a Happy Thanksgiving.
