Terrible Audio with small speaker AUX connection

I have a small powered speaker I connected to my maestro via AUX cable. When I connect it to the headphone port, powered speaker or Line out port the audio is awful it has a ton of extra static over it.

The ports work fine with my radio sport headset and I have tried different cables (including the same one I use for my radio sport headset) Any ideas?

This is not when I'm transmitting so Its not RFI type issue, and I have confirmed that the speaker works with other Aux Devices.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
