IOS Audio-MIC Settings question

Hello can anyone tell me a good setting for my mic input when using the IPAD PRO built in mic ? Yesterday I noticed my mic was set to hot and I was over modulating.

Thank you

James: I noticed the same and reduced the Mic volume adjustment setting to around -.8 or so. Apparently the mic audio is relatively ‘hot’. Same procedure as any other mic and as described in the SSDR manuals. Watch the slider. Without the adjustment the compression was also WAY up. But backing off the mic audio brought everything into tolerance.

I use Mic Volume -4 and Threshold 0.1 when using the iPhone as a Speaker Phone. Otherwise audio too hot. I forget what i use for AirPods but it is different. dan WA1QZx
