What is hamlib rigctld command line needed to connect to a Flex 6xxx?

Here is the contents of the last .bat file that I tried:

C:\"Program Files"\hamlib-w64-4.5.5\bin\rigctld.exe -m 2036 -r 10.0.0.188:4992 -t 4992 -vvvv

pause


10.0.0.188 is the IP address of my PC
