SmartSDR

I have a 6400. Upgraded to the latest software
Still can’t connect remotely to SDR through iPad, iPhone, or surface tablet. I have no problem ,of course, connecting on the same network.
Any help connecting remotely would be appreciated. I have signed out of the app and signed back in , no change. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, no changes. ?

    Look in your settings. Make sure Smartlink is enable. I couldn't connect. Turns out I had turned mine off during the outage in order to connect locally.

    If you're having trouble getting SmartLink to work, I would recommend reviewing the chapter on SmartLink in the SmartSDR Software User Guide. It has some good suggestions on places to look if things aren't working. If you're still stuck, let us know what you're seeing on the Network Test and/or open a helpdesk ticket. We'll do what we can to help you get it going.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
