HeilSound Pro-Micro Mic IC

Hello everyone

I was given a Heilsound ProMicro model headphones and on the boom mic it says IC. I would like to combine it with my flex 3000 but I can't understand what type of microphone capsule is installed to create the RJ8 cable. I opened the capsule compartment and found the mic on the element. a capacitor and a resistor. I wouldn't want it to have been modified by the previous owner.

Who can help me understand what type of capsule it is? and which RJ pin to use on the flex 3000. it is a condenser capsule or electred? should I go direct or create a power supply?
