6300 Smart SDR v3.5.9 question

Searched quite a bit but can't really locate an answer... When I fire up the 6300 and launch Smart SDR, the software says it can't find a radio.

So far, shutting down rig removing power from it then restarting my computer has worked. Sometimes it takes a couple restarts to work. I'm not using Smartlink.

Any ideas on what may be the issue would be appreciated. Thank You!

    What Windows Version are you using ?

    How is your network set up ?


    I use ours ( network via WIFI link ) daily with no issues, als some guy a hundred miles away, tests smartlink every day. No issues at present.

    Hi Andy, try resetting your router. If that doesn't work, you should probably submit a help desk ticket.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
