Poor connection stability with my 6400 and V3.5.9 ! What can I do?

My system worked fine with V3.3.24 until Sunday Sept.10. Then on monday SmartLink struggeled. After an odysee of trying I upgraded the Radio and Maestro to V3.5.9.
Maestro works now in the LAN correct. BUT ALL PCs under WIN10 with V3.5.9. are loosing their local connection to the Radio in short time! I tried also connecting over a mobile Router --> SmartLink shows now the correct account BUT NO Connection possible!
The Radio shows a toggling "No Internet" !
