FLEX-3000 Starting Over?

I have no trouble receiving on the Flex3000 that I've had for 7-ish years??. There must be a setting that went goofy during one of the many program crashes that have occurred over the years (or just operator error).
I can't transmit using phone on SSB and now FT-8 won't work either. PTT error shows up on WSJT-X.
Any suggestions on how to fix or just start over?
Any suggested videos or lists of things to check?
A long time ago, I saved my settings to an online free web site when it was working. I'll send the link if that helps. Thanks in advance.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
