Problem with FLEX communicating with computer (logging problems plus)

I have update all that I can regarding the radio and the software associated with it CAT,SDR, DAX. When I test them I get a blue button which should be fine. However I cannot get any of them to actually locate the radio. I must be doing something wrong that is very basic to have this issue. It might also explain why the logging software no longer works. I have tried everything suggested but nothing seems to help. Please direct me to what ever resource I need to get the FLEX and my computer talking to each other! I am about at my wits end on this. The radio is working great but does not interact with the computer at all. I have changed around the house network (FLEX is directly attached to the modem) and the computer has been both wired on the network and used as a wireless device (which worked just fine before) and nothing seemed to make any difference.

    Hi Craig, If the direct connection (no router, no switch) did not work, you should submit a help desk ticket.
