6600M receive function question

My 6600M will loose sensitivity at random times. If I click the PTT button, it comes back, but will do it again. If I click MOX it will come back. If I click tune it will come back.

Invariably the sensitivity will intermittently drop off over the course of a session.

It is acting like the T/R relay is not resting securely in the receive position hence clicking something to cause T/R action resolves it for minutes hours or seconds but not permantly.

Any suggestions? I will open a ticket but wanted to see if there was something I could do before doing that.

After contacting Help Desk, I performed the comprehensive radio shut down and restart procedure. Problem solved. Surprised even me!

All is well with receiver now.
