Remote Startup of Flex6700, Wiring Help
Hi, I purchased the Digital Loggers power control relay and their Web power switch as suggested in Tim's previous post about 6 months ago. I have no idea how to wire the relay with an RCA plug to ground the radio for remote starting. The Flex hardware manual talks about max 3.5 volts to ground it.
Do I just put a small battery in a circuit and close it with the Power control relay, which I assume is plugged into the Web Power Switch for activation?
Would really appreciate some help with this,
thanks, Stuart

No battery required. Use an RCA plug connected to the relay.
Use the Normal Open or Normally closed relay pair (depending on your configuration of power on or power on to the relay) to ground the center pin to ground.

Wow Thank you , I didn't realize there were two wires in the RCA plug for some reason. Got it and thank you so much for the quick response. I'm working on it now.
