Hello I ran this smart link test on my IMAC and noticed it gives more information than the Windows version does. But what is hole punch fail ? I had a help desk ticket on this smart link issue. FLEX support had to team view remote into my ASUS RT-AX82U to get it working the TCP **** was working fine but the UDP port kept failing. From my understanding UDP ports are kept closed by default.

    I just used SmartSDR to connect to the original source and encountered the same situation as you. I would like to know if you have solved this problem？

    I have solved the remote connection FlexRadio. Please check the Enable SmartLink in the settings communication (as shown in the figure) to make your radio appear.
