Network Status Sub-Window is minimized

Running Smart SDR 3.4.24 without issues, except if I click on the Network Status Bars, it opens a separate window that cannot enlarged. It opens a tiny square with an X in the center. I have uninstalled and re-installed without improvement. Runing Windows 11.
