Registering my Flex 6300 to my smart link account?

folks,
I'm having some issues registering my flex 6300 to my smartlink account using SSDR for mac. The radio is able to be accessed via my home network either via ethernet, or wifi since it is connected to a switch, but when I press the ptt button to confirm that i own the radio, registration is not successful. I use spectrum,so I have one of their modems, and that is connected to my EERo router, and it has the ip address of 192.168.4.122. I've just updated the firmware to v3.4.24, and I've opened tcp, and udp ports 4992, 4993, and 4994 just so that I knew it would have all the necessary ports open, but still no dice. Is there anything I'm missing?
Thanks,
Justin-ai5os
