New PC - Old 5000a

I'm considering upgrading to a new PC, but find no Firewire adapters except for PCI bus.
What are the alternatives for present day PC (without PCI) to Flex 5000A connection?
Also, will W11 work OK?

    I am currently using a refurbished Dell Precision i7 6700 with a Flex 5000A.

I bought a PCIe Firewire off of Amazon as well as a Firewire cable. I am running PowerSDR from KE9NS. I have not had any problems. The main thing to do is download the last official release of PowerSDR from Flex Radio as it has the correct drivers that work with PowerSDR. And there is a utility included in the installation for setting up the Firewire card properly. So far, everything seems to work fine with Windows 11.

Forgot to mention, most newer pc's have a PCIe slot.
