Poor PC RX audio level on SmartSDR running in remote mode.

Does someone noticed the difference in sound quality listening CW at 250hz when the headphones are directly connected to the back panel headphones jack of the Flex 6400 or when you listen the radio through the PC audio in Winsows 10 ? In remote, I noticed that audio level in very low and I must use all the volume sliders almost full scale with some distorsion.
I've tried to add a small headphones amplifier but the result do not change. My Elecraft K3 in remote mode with RemoteRig boxes sounds much clearer and more pleasand. On my PC running SmartSDR in remote mode I'm using a USB Sounblaster adapter to connect microphone and headphones.
Does anyone have some suggestion ?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
