Why do I have to log out then back in to Smartlink account each time I operate via the Maestro

When I power up thew Maestro, everything is normal. My iphone hotspot is identified and connects. However, no radio is available even though my sign in logo is visible in the lower right of the maestro display. If I log out of my Smartlink account and log back in, my 6500 appears available and normal operation is available.

Perhaps I have missed something along the line. Sorry for an old topic. Oldtimers disease is alive and well.
