Unhandled Error from CAT

I get two Unhandled Error messages when I start SmartSDR CAT:
SmartSDR CAT (v3.4.23.15544): An unhandled error has occurred. The invocation of the constructor on type 'CatWPF.MainWindow' that matches the specified binding constraints threw an exception.

Inner Exception: An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B)

How can this be resolved?

    In case anyone else sees one of these, this is the solution that Tim suggested. It worked, I no longer get the two errors and CAT stays running. http://helpdesk.flexradio.com/hc/requests/58526

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
