DDUtil V4 . My Palstar AT-AUTO isn't following my Flex, need help with connections

Good day,

I'm running 2.9.1V and using the DDUtil V4 and it was working a year ago, but now that I switch back from the Anan 7000DLE MKII to my Flex 6500 it's not working.

On the CAT, I have the DDUtil on CAT COM 11 and under Process: it has DDUtil_V4 showing that its working.

BUT, when I go under Settings, then USB cables, it's not showing.

If you have any ideas, suggestions please chime in.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
