Audio issues with WSJTX SliceMaster since upgrade to 3.4

I only upgraded to 3.4 this week. Since doing the upgrade I have an odd situation with audio when using SmartSDR , WSJTX, and Slicemaster6K . After booting the radio, audio is heard as usual. When I then boot SliceMaster I lose audio . Sound settings don't appear to change, but I don't hear any receive or transmit audio through the speakers I have connected. Transmit and receive is working to the extent that I can receive signals and make contacts in WSJTX, I just don't hear anything. Eventually the receive audio returns, sometimes an hour or so later , no apparent trigger. When receive audio returns I LOSE transmit audio , the 6400 does not send any signal even though WSJTX thinks I am transmitting. It may be coincidence, but I did not have this issue prior to the upgrade .

I neglected to mention that this is while connected to the Flex via my home LAN and using "PC Audio". I discovered this evening that turning PC Audio OFF then back on again, restores the lost audio.
