No monitor audio with PC microphone

I share a USB PC Microphone between my flex6400 and my other SDR (Sun). I'm use to keep the monitor at low level but in my Flex, though all is enabled and volume at highest level I cannot ear my voice. Using the provided FH-2 monitor works as expected. I checked in the manual and i didn't find any "limitation" with PC mic.

Is there anything I'm doing wrong or it is a limitation?
