    FRStack3, I don't see the HotKeys menu

    I installed FRStack3 to use my Shuttlexpress jog/shuttle keys. Software runs but I don't see the HotKeys menu and though I assigned keys, they are ineffective.
    The shuttle and Jog are working fine since they are emulating the mouse wheel (no FRS3 needs for it). I'm running SmartSDR 3.4.21 on a 6400.
