API information update

The Flex Library API documentation is in need of some updates. Not, complaining, but, for a novice programmer like myself, I need a bit more handholding at times.

Between me accidentally deleting some important bits from my waterfall code and finding some functions that have changed significantly, it makes it difficult to find and fix problems when a new version of the api appears.

Frustrating, but not life changing!
