Hello,

Twice yesterday morning and again just now I got this message "An Error Has Occurred, Operating Temperature Exceeded, Reboot Required." This is followed by an automatic reboot of the radio. This happened shortly after turning on the radio and just listening, no transmitting. Yesterday after this happened twice within 2 hours, I was able to use the radio without problems making many QSO's throughout the day and I didn't see this happen again until this morning.

Since yesterday I have also been monitoring the reported PA Temp of the radio which reports 11.91c and fan speed of 824. Yesterday and today the shack temp when this happened was in the 40's F. This is a remote site in my unheated workshop.

As I'm writing this, it happened twice more.

If you are having this issue, it is best to open a support ticket.

Make sure you include the model of radio, software version and what modes/power you were operating when this happened.

    thanks
