Remote issue - INTERMITTENT transmit audio on 6400 v3 requires restart of radio to work

Unit is remote. All functions nominal. (on a local LAN so no WAN issue)

FIRST SYMPTOM: is no available radio in IOS access at all. (very odd)

Smart SDR Windows - sees, and connects to radio. Mike audio modulates but will not output power in tune or mox mode. In CW key down there is normal power out of the radio.

I have fixed this with a radio reconnect once but now it requires a remote restart of the 6400 to return the radio to use.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
