I cannot get DAX TX Stream to turn on with JTDX or WSJT

I am trying to transmit with both JTDX and WSJT. I have CAT and DAX Active. I am receiving FT8 Signals no problem on both programs. But for some reason, when I key the transmitter, DAX TX Stream doesn't do anything at all. And I am not getting any output power at all. The DAX TX Stream is just Gray. I don't know what to do and am getting rather frustrated with the whole thing. Does anyone have a solution to how I can fix this?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
