minimum voltage for operation

I know most 100 watt amateur radios are designed to run on 13.8 volts, what is the minimum voltage the flex 6600 can run on before encountering any problems

I have the 6000 power specs on my web page along with some notes about adjusting my Astron power supply. I ran into some low voltage problems with my 6700 years ago and have been running 15V since then on both my 6700 and 6600.
