Unable to maintain Smartlink connection

I just received my Maestro back from Austin for an unrelated repair and now I find that I have trouble staying logged in to my Smartlink account. I get one successful log in and radio connection. The next time I see the radio available for a Smartlink connection and I try to connect, I get a partial screen load with no RF or audio. I have to log out of my Smartlink account and log back in to get a successful radio connection. If I shut down for the day and come back the next day, the sequence starts all over again. I do not have this problem when I use any other device (laptop, ipad) using the same wifi hotspot.
